The PolioPlus Kennel Klub was “inspired by Rotarians whose dog, Mollie, agreed to give up $10 worth of treats each month to be a ‘Polio Plus Society’ member”. Mollie started asking her fellow four-legged friends to help her End Polio, and the Kennel Klub was born!
Within weeks of launching, the Kennel Klub raised over $3,500 (that’s over $10,000 with a 2:1 match from the Gates Foundation).
To date, tens of thousands of dollars have been raised for PolioPlus!
How can you sign up your four-legged friend to join Mollie in the Kennel Klub?
Go to "read more..."

Simply pledge $100/year (or more) to PolioPlus Now HERE (in honor of your pooch, fur baby, or any four-legged friend, or to honor a pet that has passed!) and head over to this page to join. The first $30,000 pledged will be matched 1:1 so your $100 becomes $200. And that $200 is matched 2:1 by the Gates Foundation!
Mollie will send you an End Polio Now doggie bandana in the size of your choosing, a pin, and a really cool PolioPlus Kennel Klub pen.
You will also become a member of our District’s PolioPlus Society and will receive a pin in recognition of your pledge. (Be sure to let Elaine Richard, our PolioPlus chair, know of your pledge! See THIS STORY)
By helping End Polio, our best friends can continue to make the world a better place.
Help spread awareness by posting a pic on social media of your pet in the bandana and hashtag it #PPSKennelKlub.
Please share the PPS Kennel Klub information with your fellow Rotarians and let’s End Polio once and for all!
