District 7090 is participating in an exciting PolioPlus Society Challenge, a campaign spearheaded by April Beston, District 7890 Governor and member of the Rotary Club of Ludlow, Massachusetts.During the 2025–2026 Rotary year, sixteen districts have joined together to increase membership in their PolioPlus Societies and to End Polio—once and for all.
The friendly competition adds a bit of fun: the district with the greatest percentage of PolioPlus Society members in June 2026 will win a fancy banner and, of course, bragging rights!
Better yet, we will all know that we did our part in saving the lives of children around the world.
As many of you know, District 7090 now has its own PolioPlus Society.
For those who may not be familiar, the PolioPlus Society was formed to encourage Rotarians to commit to a minimum contribution of $100 per year to the PolioPlus Fund, continuing annually until polio is eradicated.
Our PolioPlus Society is approaching 100 members.
Please help District 7090 compete — and more importantly, take part in something that truly matters for the children of the world.
Joining is easy.
