Food4Kids Committee Chair Marlene’s prayers to the rain gods were heard at Sobeys 400 Scott Street, St Catharines.The rain held off on May 30th as teams of Rotarians collected, transported and sorted donations of food and cash for Food4Kids.
The drive ran from 10:00-6:00 PM, with packing and sorting continuing at Cushman Rd until 6:30 or so.
The Club raised an estimated $4500.00 in food and cash donations.
As Marlene put it, “Long day but very rewarding”.
