Congratulations to all that have been nominated as President-Elect for 2026-27 of their club!Your peers have identified your leadership qualities and nominated you to lead your club to unite and take action to create lasting change — across the globe, in our communities, and ourselves.
For first-time presidents, we look forward to equipping you with the tools and resources you’ll need to succeed in your year.
For those returning for another term—either consecutive or from a few years ago…THANK YOU for stepping into this critical leadership role. We look forward to you sharing the wisdom you gained as President and how you might do things differently in the upcoming year.
The mission of District 7090 is to inspire and support our clubs to be the best they can be. One of the ways we support club leaders like you is by facilitating a comprehensive President Elect Learning Seminar (PELS).
Your club and other clubs throughout District 7090 have nominated Joanne Serkeyn (Rotary Club of Lincoln) to support clubs as the District Governor in 2026-2027. She has planned a series of opportunities for all President Elects to learn and benefit from participating in the annual President Elect Seminar series (PELS).

PELS (Pres-Elect Learning Seminar) 2026-7 Cohort:
Based on the success of last year's PELS, we have learned that the combination of On-line and In-person seminars provide the best means to cover the information you'll need to succeed as the President of your club.
On-line seminars show you the information of what, why and how Rotary is there to help you.
The In-person sessions provide support gained with the discovery and sharing of all success stories of others. The support of your Rotary community is provided by your neighbours in other clubs, the District and Rotary International. It is this support that makes Rotary number one in the world.
If your club has yet to nominate and register a President Elect for 2026-27, please do so immediately. Your nominee will be missing the opportunity of PELS and your club will be missing the vision of leadership PELS supports.
