Again this year, the Rotary Club of Norfolk Sunrise coordinated our outreach to Indwell (https://indwell.ca/) in the form of New Year's Eve meal contributions to the residents of both Hambleton Hall and Dogwood Suites. With generous funding support from our own club and community donors, as well as the assistance of the local Swiss Chalet owner, manager and staff, we gathered up 92 complete meal packs and delivered them to the very grateful residents living in both of the Simcoe-based Indwell facilities (see the photos below). Along with each Swiss Chalet meal pack delivered, the Indwell residents also received a cash gift card for use at Food Basics. For everyone involved, it was a great way to end the old year and usher in a promising new one.PHOTO: RCNS meal packs x 51 to Dogwood Suites - (RCNS members Bettyann & Ray Carty, George Cornfield, a few residents plus Indwell's Jean Montgomery)
