At the October 21, morning meeting of the Rotary Club of Hamilton AM, the fruits of club fundraising came to bear! The meeting was chaired by President-Elect, Elizabeth Ward.The club’s very successful Ruby Gala held on August 7, netted $65,000 that is now available for the club’s community grant program.
At this meeting, The first two cheques were presented; the first to Vince Kuber for the STAC Program for $10,000. The second cheque for $2500 was presented to Sheba Khan of Wesley Centre.
The third cheque for $10,000 will be presented to “An Instrument for every Child” at a future meeting.
