On March 27th, the UP Guys, Rotarians Nels Ross and Richie Derwald, supported by the Amherst South Rotary Club, the Kenmore Rotary Club and Rotary Club of Buffalo Sunrise, held a night of music, juggling, dancing, laughter, fellowship and good old-fashioned fun, all in the name of raising funds for the Rise of WNY Community Coffee House in Buffalo.The UP Guys brought their usual energy and antics, entertaining a full house at Rise of WNY, leaving everyone with smiles on their face.
The night was made even more special with the awarding of a Paul Harris Fellow to Rise founder Mike Reid, whose work serves the refugee community and learning challenged with work and interview skills training.
His work is truly an example of Service Above Self.
