Making a Difference
Rotary International has channeled its commitment to service through five Avenues of Service:
Community Service
Each Rotary Club in District 7090 fosters community service projects. Our goal is to improve the quality of life for our community members and to support public interest. Clubs are always looking for new ideas and initiatives.
Club Service
A Rotary Club is only as strong as its members. We encourage fellowship and ask our members to actively participate, so that they gain as much as they give. Rotary is a fun, uplifting way to connect with others.
Vocational Service
This form of service encourages Rotarians to abide by high ethical standards, recognize the value of all skills and occupations, use our occupations to empower communities, mentor or share our skills with young people, and help others explore new career opportunities and interests.
Youth Service
It is never too early for one to be involved with Rotary. Throughout District 7090 there are various programs and awards for youth (12-18) interested in leadership development. We offer programs like Interact, Rotaract, Rotary Youth Exchange, and Youth Leadership Awards to recognize the importance of empowering youth.
International Service
Rotary District 7090 is a small part of a unified, international organization. Together, Rotary’s global reach strives to promote peace and understanding. Support international projects, volunteer abroad, and more.
