Good question!!  Especially since this webinar will last only from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  The principle outcome to this 2  hours is to summarize two things:

The Structure of Rotary exists to support it's clubs, principally so that they can live up to their motto of “Service above Self". This PELS Webinar and subsequent PELS activities will introduce you to resources and people that will allow you to lead to success.  Even a 20 year Rotarian will discover the channels of support and resources, a surprise that will make the difference.
