Coaching in Rotary is about engaging to support membership retention, engagement and recruitment. Coaching is also a leadership tool for resolving conflict and building strong relationships. Coaching inspires others to take action to achieve their desired outcomes.
The coaching leadership model was first introduced in Rotary Zone 28-32 by coaches who make up the Rotary District 7090 Centre for Coaching Faculty. The coach approach to leadership champions innovation by asking thoughtful questions and being an active listener.
