Retaining Members using Mentorship

The next topic in our District Membership Committee's series of discussions is mentorship.  One of the best ways to retain members is to ensure they understand your club and that their expectations are being met.  Ancaster AM is having success attracting members and wants to ensure they stay engaged and productive.  Join Randy Raphael to discuss why they set up a mentorship program and to share his experience.  There will be a presentation followed by a discussion to share ways Clubs can implement or improve a mentorship program.
