Jr. RYLA 2026

Instructions for Rotarians

Thank you for your interest in the Jr. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards! Jr. RYLA promotes, honours, celebrates and fosters youth leadership for high school student leaders 15 to 18 years old. Programming information can be found on our Jr. RYLA website.

Please read the information below carefully to ensure accurate registration is achieved.

Step 1: Online Registration Form – Access through the Members button on the left and sign in to your Member account.

Under Register Me click Decline (you will receive a Declined Invitation email, disregard this).

Under Guests click Register Additional Guests. Enter the name & email of your Jr. RYLA candidates and select SAVE after each entry. Clubs may register up to three guests.

Please Note: It is not necessary to pay for candidates in advance of securing them.
Should you choose to, enter the name of your Rotary Club in the First Name field and the candidate number (1, 2, or 3) in the Last Name field. Add your email address in the Email field.

Step 2: Participant Registration – emailed following payment

Each registered Guest (Jr. RYLA candidate) will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to the online participant registration form. Please advise candidates to watch for this email and remind them to review it with their parent/guardian if they are under 18.

*Rotarians who pay for candidates in advance will need to forward the confirmation email to candidates once they secure them.

Once the candidate's registration form is received, the Registrar will send you a confirmation email.

Please note…

Online payment must be made before candidate registration forms are released.

Rotarians will receive a payment confirmation email - this means you have completed the process successfully. 

There are no refunds, so clubs may wish to hold off on making payment until they secure a candidate and/or select an alternate candidate in case others become unavailable.

If you encounter challenges with the payment process, please do not attempt a second payment. Contact the Jr. RYLA registrar at 7090registrar@gmail.com with any questions.
