10 HABITS OF A SUCCESSFUL MEMBERSHIP CHAIR

Some of our most successful D7090 Rotary Club Membership Chairs:
  • Attend District conferences, Zoom trainings including Rotary Web Talks
  • Recruit Rotarians to be part of their Club Membership committee
  • Set Membership committee goals
  • Connect with D7090 Membership Chair
  • Assign Mentors to potential and new Rotarians
  • Create a Membership action plan
  • Conduct Club assessments
  • Assign Membership committee teammates to reach out to seasoned Rotarians who have been MIA (missing in action)
  • Communicate concerns and progress to the Club President and Board
  • Laugh, Lead, and Love through Service Above Self
Our families come first, our careers are a close second, and there are dozens of community, church, and school events that pull us in ever so many directions.  Enter Rotary -  how is it possible for Club Membership Chairs to accomplish everything?
Are all of these checklisted items possible in one month? NO!
Are they all manageable throughout the course of one Rotary year?  YES! Let’s work on this, together!
