The Rotary Club of Lockport has installed a Peace Pole near the Flight of Five Locks in Lockport, creating a lasting symbol of peace, unity, and hope for the community.The Peace Pole, which bears the message “May Peace Prevail on Earth,” serves as a reminder that peace begins with individuals and grows through kindness, understanding, and community connections.
The installation reflects the Rotary Club of Lockport’s commitment to making a positive difference in the community and promoting the Rotary ideal of “Service Above Self.”
