The last Sunset Music Series performance was held August 25. Thank-you to all that came out and supported the Lincoln Rotary as we continue to provide free concerts to the community every July. This year we held two additional concerts in August as the weather didn’t cooperate this year in July. Thank you to Stone House Road for helping us reschedule the original performance that was cancelled due to severe weather!

The Rotary Shell, a permanent outdoor performance centre at Charles Daley Park, was dedicated on July 1, 2009, during the Town of Lincoln’s Canada Day celebrations. The Rotary Shell is a joint project of the Rotary Club of Lincoln and the Town of Lincoln. The Rotary Club of Lincoln’s contribution of $165,000 prompted this capital project to build on the initiative of the Friends of Charles Daley Park to revitalize and promote Charles Daley Park.
