Feb. 20, 2026 / Grimsby, Ont. For the Rotary Club of Grimsby, the "best time of year" comes in two distinct phases. The first is the club's beloved Fantasy of Trees held at the Grimsby Museum in late November.
The event combines the creative beauty of Christmas trees with the exciting chance to win a Tannenbaum to take home.
For Grimsby Rotarians, however, the second phase is the best part.
On Thursday, Feb. 19, 2026, the club had the privilege of presenting 10 local charities with cheques for $1,750 each.
Every recipient organization provides help and hope. They support, shelter, teach, and include. They even show compassion in death.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community with the Fantasy of Trees. It could not happen without the support of the community, our dedicated group of Friends of Rotary volunteers, and our generous sponsors. We are especially grateful for the dedicated, selfless work of Kerry Vandermolen.
The work for next year's Fantasy of Trees starts soon.
