We are very enthusiastic about the upcoming District 7090 Conference. We shall be doing a presentation, and encourage new Rotarians as well as our supportive current Rotarians to attend this informative session. In addition, we shall have a table in the Friendship House where we shall be selling our famous Platters chocolate hearts. Hearts from My Sweet,Sweet World were sold to Canadian members this year for Valentine’s Day. A purchase of 500 hearts was made of which over 400 were sold. The remainder will be for sale on Mother’s Day, May 12th. On the Canadian Side, please email valerie@hagersvillerocks,com for orders. This did not occur on the U.S. side because of illness and the lack of other Board members who could visit clubs. Clubs are encouraged to take orders for hearts in their clubs. If sent to Pat in advance of the District Conference, club orders will be ready for pick up at the conference. We shall be selling dark, milk, and orange chocolate hearts for $10.00 American. Canadian members may also buy hearts if they wish but should be prepared to pay with American dollars. Individuals may also purchase, and are encouraged to purchase, hearts at the conference.
