Rotary encourages us to expand our reach. This was never more evident than when Ray Bukovec and PDG Charlie Complin of St. Catharines reestablished Rotary in Slovenia in 1990 after the breakup of the former Yugoslavia.I want to encourage you to join me and be part of the legacy of the St. Catharines Rotary Club. Witness this absolutely beautiful country and its people who will open their homes to you so you may experience life and Rotary 36 years after communism. The transformation is something to behold.
