The Rotary Club of Fort Erie held its very first RotZi event on World Polio Day. RotZi also known as RotaryFE Polio Zombie Invasion!A steady stream of approximately 160-175 people, about 50-60 families, learned about Polio just before their "escape walk" to avoid the invasion of creepy Zombies; acted out by GFESS Drama club students.
Kids had fun being scared by Zombies (Polio) and were "vaccinated" with candy bag while having their nail polished purple.
