July was Maternal and Child Health Month in the Rotary world, providing an opportunity for Rotary clubs to recognize the importance of supporting mothers, babies, and families in our communities.To celebrate the month, the Batavia Rotary Club chose to support a local organization making a difference for families right here in our community.
Throughout July, club members collected items from the "All Babies Cherished" wish list, gathering much needed supplies for mothers and children receiving assistance through the organization.
On August 6, Rotarians delivered the collection to All Babies Cherished.
All Babies Cherished is a nonprofit Pregnancy & Parenting Assistance Center located in Batavia.
The organization provides parents, grandparents, and guardians of all backgrounds and income levels with spiritual, educational, and material assistance.
