Official Notice – Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Pursuant to the Bylaws and the Manual of Policies for Rotary International District 7090, Inc.
All clubs are asked to ensure registration for the Annual General Meeting on November 24, 2025, at 6:30 p.m. This will be conducted via ZOOM.
This is one of the most important responsibilities of every Club President to maintain a connection with the District and Rotary International. During this meeting, we will:
Approve the district financial audit
Review and approve governing documents
Receive key updates on district and RI operations that affect local clubs and dues
If you are unable to attend, please appoint a proxy (President-Elect, President-Elect Designate, Secretary, another Board member or your Club's Assistant Governor).
