Annual General Meeting (AGM)
All clubs are asked to ensure registration for the Annual General Meeting on Monday December 7, 2026, at 6:30 PM

This is one of the most important responsibilities of every Club President to maintain a connection with the District and Rotary International. During this meeting, we will:
Approve the district financial audit
Review and approve governing documents
Receive key updates on district and RI operations that affect local clubs and dues
If you are unable to attend, please appoint a proxy (President-Elect, President-Elect Designate, Secretary, another Board member, or your Club's Assistant Governor).
The Proxy Form is a separate attachment emailed separately to club presidents.
