These four strategies represent a simple, straight-forward and implementable way to increase club vibrancy in our District. The Strategic Plan is developed for the current three-year period, 2023 – 2026. It was modified in the first half of 2023 collaboratively involving all members of the District through surveys, panels, small group discussions, open houses, writing and editing, and approval by District Council.
In the menu are several items which pertain to the District Strategic Plan:
- A copy of the approved plan
- a PowerPoint introductory document which looks at “What the Plan IS”, (and what it isn’t), an explanation of the main components – strategies, tactics and goals and raises the opportunity for application at the club level
- a sample of “who does what” for the first District Council meeting of the current year
- and several surveys which provided meaningful data for the plan’s development
