 t YOU and your Rotary:\n\nCoaching opens opportunities for Rotary.  For de
 eper\, more meaningful relationships\, for growth and development and for 
 sustainability of volunteers.  Coaching evokes passion and enthusiasm and 
 mobilizes people to take action in a way that is meaningful to them while 
 aligning to the vision and goals of Rotary.\n\nCoaching in Rotary is about
  building and strengthening member relationships.  The coach approach to l
 eadership provides a positive environment to drive innovation and inspirat
 ion.  It is built on a foundation of compassion and kindness\, with a focu
 s on the member and what&rsquo\;s important to them.  Leadership coaching 
 changes the conversation that empowers members to develop their own ideas 
 and solutions.  Coaching is a model that promotes active listening.  With 
 practice\, coaching becomes a leadership style.\n\nThis series is a progre
 ssive training environment.  We ask you to register for and attend all thr
 ee sessions to be eligible for the Certificate.  All sessions will be inte
 ractive and engaging.  They will be provided in a Zoom environment to mini
 mize travel time and allow for participation from Rotarians anywhere withi
 n Zones 28 and 32.\n\nThe Rotary District 7090 Centre for Coaching is offe
 ring this series to all Rotarians at no cost. In a business environment\, 
 this series would cost you or your employer over $750. There are limited s
