   this Coaching series has to offer and how it will benefit YOU and your R
 otary:\n\nCoaching opens opportunities for Rotary.  For deeper\, more mean
 ingful relationships\, for growth and development and for sustainability o
 f volunteers.  Coaching evokes passion and enthusiasm and mobilizes people
  to take action in a way that is meaningful to them while aligning to the 
 vision and goals of Rotary.\n\nCoaching in Rotary is about building and st
 rengthening member relationships.  The coach approach to leadership provid
 es a positive environment to drive innovation and inspiration.  It is buil
 t on a foundation of compassion and kindness\, with a focus on the member 
 and what&rsquo\;s important to them.  Leadership coaching changes the conv
 ersation that empowers members to develop their own ideas and solutions.  
 Coaching is a model that promotes active listening.  With practice\, coach
 ing becomes a leadership style.\n\nThis series is a progressive training e
 nvironment.  We ask you to register for and attend all three sessions to b
 e eligible for the Certificate.  All sessions will be interactive and enga
 ging.  They will be provided in a Zoom environment to minimize travel time
  and allow for participation from Rotarians anywhere within Zones 28 and 3
 2.\n\nThe Rotary District 7090 Centre for Coaching is offering this series
  to all Rotarians at no cost. In a business environment\, this series woul
 d cost you or your employer over $750. There are limited spots available\,
