Instructions for Rotarians

Thank you for your interest in the Jr. Rotary Youth Leadership Awards! Jr. RYLA promotes\, honours\, celebrates and fosters youth leadership for high school student leaders 15 to 18 years old. Programming information can be found on our Jr. RYLA website.

Please read the information below carefully to ensure accurate registration is achieved.

Step 1: Online Regis tration Form &ndash\; Access through the Members button on the le ft and sign in to your Member account.

\n\n

Under Register Me click Decline (you will receive a Declined Invitation email\, di sregard this).

\n\n

Under Guests \;click Registe r Additional Guests. Enter the name &\; email of your Jr. RYLA candidat es and select SAVE after each entry. Clubs may register u p to three guests.

\n\n

Please Note: It is not neces sary to pay for candidates in advance of securing them.
\nShould you choose to\, enter the name of your Rotary Club in the First Name field and the candidate number ( 1\, 2\, or 3) in the Last Name field. Add your email address in the Email field.

Step 2: Participant Registration &ndash\; emailed following payment
\n\n
Each registered Guest (J r. RYLA candidate) will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to the online participant registration form. Please advise candidates to w atch for this email and remind them to review it with their parent/guardia n if they are under 18.

*Rotarians who pay for candidates in adv ance will need to forward the confirmation email to candidates once they s ecure them.
\n\n
Once the candidate'\;s registration form is recei ved\, the Registrar will send you a confirmation email.

Online payment mu st be made before candidate registration forms are released.
\n\n
Rot arians will receive a payment confirmation email - this means you have com pleted the process successfully. \;
\n\n
There are \; no refunds\, so clubs may wish to hold off on making payment unti l they secure a candidate and/or select an alternate candidate in case oth ers become unavailable.
