 What this Coaching series has to offer and how it will benefit YOU and you
 r Rotary:\n\nCoaching opens opportunities for Rotary.  For deeper\, more m
 eaningful relationships\, for growth and development and for sustainabilit
 y of volunteers.  Coaching evokes passion and enthusiasm and mobilizes peo
 ple to take action in a way that is meaningful to them while aligning to t
 he vision and goals of Rotary.\n\nCoaching in Rotary is about building and
  strengthening member relationships.  The coach approach to leadership pro
 vides a positive environment to drive innovation and inspiration.  It is b
 uilt on a foundation of compassion and kindness\, with a focus on the memb
 er and what&rsquo\;s important to them.  Leadership coaching changes the c
 onversation that empowers members to develop their own ideas and solutions
 .  Coaching is a model that promotes active listening.  With practice\, co
 aching becomes a leadership style.\n\nThis series is a progressive trainin
 g environment.  We ask you to register for and attend all three sessions t
 o be eligible for the Certificate.  All sessions will be interactive and e
 ngaging.  They will be provided in a Zoom environment to minimize travel t
 ime and allow for participation from Rotarians anywhere within Zones 28 an
 d 32.\n\nThe Rotary District 7090 Centre for Coaching is offering this ser
 ies to all Rotarians at no cost. In a business environment\, this series w
