DESCRIPTION:2020 RYLA Program runs from June 7 - June 13\, 2020   It will 
 be held on campus at the State University of New York\, Fredonia    
   Rotary Club Responsibilities:  Recruitment\, Selection & Registration 
 of RYLA Candidates:  Each Rotary Club is responsible for recruiting\, sel
 ecting\, and registering its candidate(s). Registration is limited to 45 c
 andidates and available on a first-come\, first-serve basis. Payment:  Th
 e sponsoring club pays this fee\, which covers instruction\, accommodation
 \, meals\, entertainment and organizational expenses.   The fee is $795 U
 S per candidate. Registration & PAYMENT IN FULL must be submitted to the R
 EGISTRAR no later than May 30\, 2020.  Early bird registration fee is $7
