Children's and Breakfast Programme

This committee reviews and considers support for programs for children up to 18 years of age who are socially, emotionally, intellectually or physically disadvantaged. Programs and equipment, rather than capital projects of foundations, are supported preferably in St. Catharines and vicinity. These programs may be one time or continually on-going. The Breakfast Programme at Lincoln Centennial also falls under this committee.
